Hello,

We have an AD hosted on AWS and would like to understand how the connectivity will work in such integrations.

  • Do we need to setup a SC2.0 connectivity like we do for on prem AD integration ?
  • Can we use OOTB Active Directory connector for this integration ?

Please provide your inputs.

Thanks in advance !!

  1. AWS Managed Microsoft AD: You typically don't need to set up additional connectivity beyond what AWS provides for accessing your managed AD.

  2. You can use existing AD connector

Also, we have received hostname and IP addresses of all the DC's from customer along with that we got the domain URL which acts as a Load Balancer. Can we use that LB Domain URL instead of having all the DC's URL in Connection for high availability and if yes, do we need to add the entry for Domain URL in DNS resolver on Saviynt side ?

You need to add IPs of induvial server and certificates and there Host Entries needs to be added on DNS Resolver,
