instantaneous email notifications after submissions and approvals

Email History Job (EmailHistoryJob) configured in Job Control Panel is serving the purpose of send email notifications to send normal and actionable emails to users. However, we would want to know why a job is required for sending email notifications? Is there a separate configuration in Saviynt that will send instantaneous emails to users/managers when a request/action is performed?

There is no separate configuration available to send email notifications immediately. Only some of the emails get sent immediately such as request completion / report notifications / user update rule email,etc.
