How to update Workflow XML and still retain its UI

Hi Saviynt forum,

I come from this article, https://forums.saviynt.com/t5/saviynt-knowledge-base/how-to-configure-all-approval-workflow-to-creat... but not sure if it's a right place to ask on guidance on certain steps in there. There are certain activities/operations that I am unable to find them in the admin guide so I have to ask here:

Where can I find the feature of "Transport Service" as mentioned in step #1?

Step1: Download the targetted workflow through Saviynt provided “Transport Service” and opens workflow XML file in notepad++ editor. Don’t make any changes in the Saviynt Workflow editor XML  as you may lose the entire UI object flow as it saves into XML

And on step #4, how do I update the mentioned table?

Step4: Before loading the changed XML workflow into the Saviynt system, update the following entries in ‘workflowhistory’ table.

Hi @fuko , 

1) after creating the workflow in saviynt ..export the workflow( workflow is extracted in XML format)

2) wf_history table use it in analytics you won't be able to check in Data Anaylzer.
