How to create 2nd Create AD Group Request Form

Hi Team,

We are using Create/Modify AD groups request form for existing AD application. instead of using existing forms, customer wants to configure a separate Create/Modify AD groups request form for 2nd AD application.

Please let me know, is it possible to configure/create one more  Create/Modify AD groups request form under Manage Groups?

Both AD applications are managing by different teams. if there is a possibility to configure separate request forms. so that we configure SAV role and we will limit the form access.

You can't create 2 different forms . You can use groovy conditional logics in gsp page to show specific attributes to different teams
