How to avoid update account task creation for manually suspended accounts through rules

Hello Saviynt,

We have a User update policy that tirggers update account task based on users profile update.

However, if a user have a manually suspended account in an application, Saviynt create update account task.   How can we exclude a task creation for manually suspended accounts?

We also do not want to turn this off
