Hold new account task creation till entitlement owner approves access request

Hi Team,

We have built a workflow where the first approval level is sent to the manager, and after the manager approves, it moves to the Rank 1 owner of the entitlement, then to Rank 2, and so on.

Currently, if a user requests both a new account and an entitlement, the new account task gets created immediately after the manager's approval, regardless of whether the entitlement owner later approves or rejects the request.

We want to change this behavior so that the task for both the new account and adding access is only created at the end of the workflow after all entitlement owners have completed their approvals.

Hi @supriya15 if you don't want the new account task creation until all the approvals for entitlement is done, then under the security system > create task action > select "EntitlementsOnly" option.
