History not showing up in User manager camoaign

Hi Everyone,

Need one small clarification that is there any design difference between EO campaign and UM campaign because for EO campaign when we see the Access/membership approval page there we see History is available but for UM campaign there are no History available under approve or Revoke Entitlements?

I have provided the screenshot for both:
