Full reconcillation for the SNOW based (disconnected )application

Hi Team,

we have a requirement to launch the campaign for the SNOW based applications (disconnected -Ticketing) application which went go live couple of years back. Now ask is to do full reconciliation for these applications before campaign launch. please suggest what is the best approach to do the full reconciliation f or the disconnected applications .

@Venkata As i understand you might have done all the provisioning for disconnected apps via Saviynt (i.e. Access request, Approval etc) and for request fullfillment it would be via Ticket and then storing the ticket status back in saviynt. This would have moved the task to completed or rejected state.

Hence you can run the certification for those users.
