External SOD premitigated risk

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we have to create a workflow to make pre mitigated external SOD not mandatory.

Where we have the setting for high SOD risk as mandatory, but now we have to put one more condition to make pre mitigated risk as not mandatory.

Below is the flow we have:

To make High risk mandatory:

But now how we can put condition to not to select MC for pre mitigated risk.

Pre mitigated getting stored in as below:

The above expression is not working, any one know any other expression to get MC from below image:

Is there any configuration present in SAM to exclude pre mitigated external risk from applying MC.
