Error while Delete operation, ldap error code 53

Hello all,

We encountered an error while Saviynt was trying to process the disable-account operation,

Error while Delete operation for account-DEWabcd in AD - [LDAP: error code 53 - 00000529: SvcErr: DSID-031A124C, problem 5003 (WILL_NOT_PERFORM), data 0 ] 

I see few unusual attributes i.e accountName, were all lowercases for other users, another is Delete operation instead of Disable as we keep the termed users for certain time before purging their records.
