Hi Team,

When we are trying to create an account in active directory we are getting the below error. But we don't have that account in Active directory still says Entry Exists. And also, we have some users uploading through CSV and we are able to raise a request, pending task is getting created but we are getting the below error.

Checking DN for CN=AmyTan,OU=SaviyntTest,DC=TIGERAIRWAYS,DC=COM.Not FOund DN for CN=AmyTan,OU=SaviyntTest,DC=TIGERAIRWAYS,DC=COM. Error while creating account in AD - [LDAP: error code 68 - 00000524: UpdErr: DSID-031A11F8, problem 6005 (ENTRY_EXISTS), data 0 ]Checking DN

Could someone help us to resolve this issue?

Thanks,

  1. Check Permissions: Ensure that the account you're using to create the new entries has appropriate permissions in Active Directory to create objects in the specified Organizational Unit (OU).

To resolve this issue, you should verify whether the account you're trying to create already exists in Active Directory. This could sometime happen if someone else has already created an account with the same name, or if there's a synchronization issue with another system creating duplicate entries.

We also came across this, the account doesn't exist on AD. What would be the fix? re-run the pending task?

You can re-run and share logs

Hi @Bhargavi3 , try making reuseinactiveaccount to "FALSE" once in AD connector
