Error Illegal character in query at index 94

Currently we are not getting 501 error but now we are getting Status code:null with below error in logs:

2024-10-18T16:01:42+05:30-ecm-worker-rest.RestUtilService-quartzScheduler_Worker-7-12344-DEBUG-Got null response statusCode with erroMsg - [error:Error Illegal character in query at index 94: https://url.com?access_token=******  

Does someone know why are we getting "Error Illegal character in query at index 94" is it known issue or not? and from the target we got below error:
{ "API Name ": "group-api-qa", "Error Details": "OAuth Token Invalid or Expired", "Resolution": "Try with Proper OAuth Token", "Help": "URL" }

Even though I am sending Access Token as variable it is showing this error.
Endpoint URL which we are trying to call in CreateAccountJSON.
 "url": "https://URL.com?access_token=${access_token}"

Please check and let me know if any information is required.
