Hi,

After completing the cerification progress is still showing "fully executed 0%" where it should be showing "fully executed 100%".
Can you please provide the suggestion and troubleshooting steps for this?

I did not refresh the progress. Now I ran the refresh progress job, will see after the job completion.
Do we need to refresh the progress time to time to check on progress of campaign completion?

Refreshing campaigns

In addition to manually refreshing the campaign refresh using the Refresh Progress option on the Campaign List page, you can schedule the campaign progress refresh job from the Job Control Panel and automate the progress refresh activity. This feature is applicable for User Manager, Service Account, Entitlement Owner, Role Owner, and Application Owner campaigns.

Wanted to know more about this issue, why the campaign unable to update the percentage automatically? 
Any specific reason.
