Entitlement Owner Campaign Modifications

We want to remove some columns and filters in the entitlement owner campaign and did not find the option to do so in the Configurations. 

Is there an alternative to do this?

Requirement:

- Remove 'Entitlement Value' in Ownership verification, Filters, Account Approval, and Membership approval

We want to use Display Name instead for attestation, which is available in configs, so this is not an issue. 

We also want to add 'Entitlement description' in Account Approval section, this is not in the configs.
