Hi,

We have Entitlement map configured for ex :

Entitlement : A  -----> Entitlement : a1

Entitlement : B  -----> Entitlement : a1

Question #1.

If we request Entitlement A since its mapped with a1, we are seeing two tasks are getting created.

after that If we request B also its creating two tasks (since a1 is again mapped to B) - even though a1 is already assigned. Can we stop generating duplicate tasks ?

Question#2.

While removing also its creating two tasks , Can we configure not to create child remove task ( removal of a1 ), it should create only remove access task of A

@IAM_99

Its expected to create tasks if 2 entitlements have the same mapped child entitlements. For removal, you can disable it in one as Rushikesh mentioned.
