Ent Filter in ARS based on Account Type

Can we  filter out entitlements based on account type selected during access request like normal account or adm(Special Account) (Dont want to create a diff endpoint)

Also 

We are looking for some thing dynamic based on account selected . We dont want to give a chance to end user.

You can create dynamic attribute on request form & use same dynamic attribute under endpoint - entitlement type - config for available entitlement

ev.status=1 and ev.customproperty1 ='${accType}'

accType is dynamic attribute name.
