Enable/Disable account based on ARS start time/endtime

Hi Team,

We have below use case

Is it possible to raise the request in ARS passing endtime and start time so that based on the endtime the disable account task will create and again once the start time arrive the enable task will create and it enables the account.

Could you please provide me the solution how to achieve it.

@ARNAB86  Account level we dont have start and end date , have only access or entitlment level start and end date .

when end date reach it will create remove access , start date will conider when they request date default .

Hi Sumathi,

Is it something that if we put the start and end date Saviynt automatically based on the end date disable account task will create  and again when it reaches the start date it will enable the account.

Because my criteria is first based on the End time it will create the disable account task and then again based on the start time it will create the enable account task.

@ARNAB86  Based on actionable analytics we can create enable / remove account.

Hi Raghu,

But we have the requirement not to create from analytics we will provide end time and start time in ARS while request.Then Saviynt will create the disable account task based on the end time first and again it will create the enable account based on start time on the same request.

Please provide me the idea if it could be achievable any solution

Start date and end date / dynamic form for enable and disable account is not supported please raise idea ticket for enhancements
