Emailhistory table rows

Hi,

We need the following information on the emailhistory table records:

  • Does each row always represent a separate request for which the email is to be sent?
  • Or does multiple rows could be for a single request for which a single email is to be sent to the approver(s)?

For ex, we could see the 4 entries for Reminder emails in the emailhistory table before they were sent. And once the email history job ran, we only got 1 reminder mail.

So could all rows still be for same request if the approver is same in all entitlements + account?

  • It will be one. as it will sent one consolidated email
