Hi Team,
If SMTP fails during the sending of email notifications, will those notifications be queued in the email system to be sent once the SMTP service is restored?
Current behavior in V23.11 is no emails as getting queued during SMTP failure. is this expected?

@Sanjeevini : If connection to SMTP itself failed then obviously mail reach to SMTP server so obviously there is no way it can queue that email system. In case of saviynt system it won't store any email history other than Workflow emails.

Currently Saviynt does not queue the notifications

The emails are queued in 23.10 but EIC is not picking up to send the emails again.
The status is 5.
@Saathvik @rushikeshvartak any idea how we can re trigger the emails?
I have tried updating the status from 5 to 1, expecting the next emailhistory job will pick it up but unfortunately, it's not picking up the emails.
