Email History and retriggering

We are currently on 23.6 version. I was searching for an option to understand whether we can see email history or those sent successfully as well as those which failed on Saviynt and if there is a way to retrigger them 

I read through this article which is for a newer version (24.x)   https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/EIC-Admin-v24x/page/Content/Chapter07-General-Administrator/Man...

Would this option also allow us to view failed emails other than the ones sent related to Access requests or Certifications? For Example, onboarding emails which failed to be sent or any Analytics email. Also does it have functionality to retrigger those emails from the Email History Viewer?

  • It only shows email failed for access request ( stored in emailhistory table)
  • You can't retrigger email if its failed.
  • Please raise idea ticket
