Dynamic Attribute Not Working in ARS.

Hi All,

I am using a Dynamic Attribute in ARS, which is, a Plain Text Field where a user will Enter the comments regarding the Access he requires.

I am choosing the Request Type as "Account", Attribute Type as "Large Text" and enabled "Editable" check box.

While making a New Account Request through ARS, I can enter some comments into the Dynamic Attribute and able to submit the request (by clicking the Next button).

But, if I chose to Modify the the current account and enter the comments in Dynamic Attribute,

I am not able to submit the request as the button to submit (Next button) is not working (not highlighted)

Any suggestions, why it is not working in case of  "Modify Account" in ARS.

Thanks & Regards,

Hello @Raghu ,

I have removed the DA from endpoint, still not able to submit the request in ARS.
Still the Next button is not Clickable to submit the request.

Thanks & Regards,

Does application just have dynamic attributes? Does it work with modern UI ?

Hello @rushikeshvartak ,

Thank you for the reply.
In the Dynamic Attribute, I have specified customproperty10 for the account column.
