Hi All,
I am using a Dynamic Attribute in ARS, which is, a Plain Text Field where a user will Enter the comments regarding the Access he requires.
I am choosing the Request Type as "Account", Attribute Type as "Large Text" and enabled "Editable" check box.
While making a New Account Request through ARS, I can enter some comments into the Dynamic Attribute and able to submit the request (by clicking the Next button).
But, if I chose to Modify the the current account and enter the comments in Dynamic Attribute,
I am not able to submit the request as the button to submit (Next button) is not working (not highlighted)
Any suggestions, why it is not working in case of "Modify Account" in ARS.
Thanks & Regards,

You need to specify account column in dynamic attribute

Hello @rushikeshvartak ,
Thank you for the reply.
In the Dynamic Attribute, I have specified customproperty10 for the account column.
But still the Next button in ARS is not Clickable.
Any other configuration, I need to check.
Thanks & Regards,
