Discontinue pending task on user rehire functionality

Hi ,

Saviynt provides an ootb functionality to discontinue task on user rehire will this handle all the cases to discontinue pending task, or do we need to create a user update rule with "discontinue pending task" action? And both work in conjunction with each other?

Hi @NM , both can work separately. If the definition of re-hire for the customer matches with Saviynt , the identity lifecycle config to discontinue tasks will work.

If you have some additional checks or a different def to re-hire , rule is better option as ootb wont wont for custom qrequireemnt.
