Discontinue Pending Task on User Rehire does not discontinue removal tasks

-The "Discontinue Pending Task on User Rehire" option is enabled in Global Configs

-User is first terminated, tasks for disable and remove are created

-Disable tasks are processed

-User is rehired

-Enable tasks are processed

-Removal task is still listed in Pending Tasks

 

Is there a config that is missing here?

Logs are attached. Do we need a specific rehire attribute or statuskey from 0 to 1 serves the same purpose?
