Can someone describe the difference between Feature List and Access List in SAV Roles?
The new version is not showing Feature List to select Broad Privileges for users, rather its showing Access List(Menu - Admin, ARS, etc..)

Hi Ranu,
Could you please confirm the version you are on.
Access Tab provides you details about how to restrict the SAV roles users from accessing unnecessary tabs, configurations, accounts, or settings within the application.
Note: The Access tab is not available from Release v2020.0 onwards, the access functionality is handled in the Feature Access Tab.
In V2021 you should be having below tabs on SAV Role :
You can refer Creating and Managing Custom SAV Roles : Customer Portal (freshdesk.com) in the meantime.

Thanks For confirming!
So, Feature list/access is available from version v2020 and above . Versions below that only has access list on SAV Role.
