Hi Team,
We have Emergency Roles configured in our Saviynt Environment.
Currently only few attributes are being displayed in Saviynt while raising request and clicking on i Icon.
We have ask to display the following attribute in pop up box :
Default Time Frame
Maximum Time Frame
Please confirm how this can be achieved?

Hi Manu,
Please search for the Emergency roles you want to set the Default and maximum time frame in Admin -> Roles edit role, you can set it in hours as in below image.
For Emergency ID'S
Go To Admin → Accounts and search for the account.
Click on the account to open the account details page and scroll to the bottom to ‘Account Config’
Click ‘Edit/Add’
Here we can set up various config like max requestable time, default requestable time, etc.

We have already added the details.
The problem is we want these values to be displayed in Emergency Access Roles Tile while making request.

Hi Manish,
These fields are not displayed on the request page, when you set the default time frame value say 4hrs, in request page it displays that 4 hrs time frame based on current timing(image 1), but this can be altered by requestor according to the requirement(image 2).

When you set the Maximum requestable time say 12hrs , if the requestor gives additional time that the specified, at the time of submission the error message is displayed saying you cannot request more than 12 hrs(image 3).

Hello Manish,
As of now there isn't , perhaps you could raise this as an enhancement request on Freshdesk portal and have the Support team help with creating this request.
