Dependent Add access task for primary account only?

Let's say one user has multiple accounts in one endpoint  Account type = User is "Primary Account Type"

Account A - Type = User 

Account B - Type = Admin 

If I want to provision add access task for this endpoint by entitlement map (dependent add access task), will it create "add access" task for primary account only?

As per my knowledge, the scenario you mentioned should create a task for primary account only.  Did you try this use case, if yes please let us know if the behavior is otherwise. Also elaborate the business use case.
