Delay in between create account and add access task execution

Hi Team,

Is there a way we can delay task execution between new account and add access? we can't use two wsretry job as we have configured "entitlement only" and it bundles both the task.

We dont have other then that, option only  create task wise based on endpoint pass  job and schedule it only solution.
