Custom ServiceNow workflow for different application

Hi Saviynt support team,

Is it feasible to configure different ServiceNow approval workflow for each Saviynt application? When going through the Saviynt Integration with ServiceNow guide, https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/SNOW-Saviynt-Integration-v23x/page/Content/C-confg-svynt-app-sn... when setting workflow engine to SNOW, these following options are available for configuring:

  1. Default Flow for Saviynt Applications in the Service Catalog

  2. Default ServiceNow Workflow for Saviynt Catalog Items (Applications, Roles) in the Service Catalog

  3. Default ServiceNow Execution Plan for Saviynt Applications in the Service Catalog

Does this mean once a workflow is chosen in item 1 then all access request (accounts, entitlement) in every applications in Saviynt will use the same SNOW workflow? What if one of the application want to have a special workflow, I don't see any other option to configure that 😕

And how does item 2 is different from item 1? I read the description but still don't get it.

"Indicates the workflow that must be used by those ServiceNow customers who have not yet leveraged the graphical workflow engine or Flow Designer for their Service Catalog items."

You can use if else block inside same workflow to achieve use case

Hey, I have a session with the team who manage the SNOW instance to do a co-configure for Saviynt App for SNOW and it turns out that for each onboarded application, to configure the approval workflow, it is available in SNOW GUI. It is out of the scope of Saviynt App guide, that's why I cannot find any reference in there.
