Custom SAV role for APIs - Analytics and entitlement/role creation and updation

Hello Team,

Which features/web service access are necessary for an SAV role for a user who is going through APIs for getting back analytics results and creating/updating entitlements/roles? We've been trying to add these ourselves but can't find the least privileged accesses.
