Control Center KPI's breach is not reflecting in 23.7 version

Hi,

We have created analytics for control center and it's attached respective KPI.

We have kept the criticality as "Severe" and threshold as 1. Report returns 1642 entry in Control Center page. But that KPI is not breaching.

Any other changes that we need to do in 23.7 version in order reflect the KPI breach in UI?

There were no changes made in 23.7. Do you see any errors in the logs?

Hi Sai,

There is no error specific to control center.

We have created analytics under control center category and updated sub category and as well as tags. And these analytics are attached to the respective KPI's and we have kept the criticality as "Severe". And these KPI's are visible under respective book as well. Do we need to make any other configuration in order to breach the KPI?

Note : We ran the "ControlCenterHistoryJob" and "ControlCenterAnalyticsJob" jobs as well to reflection in KPI page.

Can please try by running the below jobs:

Run all Analytics-v2 (ANALYTICSESJOB) by selecting Analytics Categories and Analytics Subcategories or run specific analytics control which you created.

RUNCONTROLCENTERANALYTICSJOB ( Selecting the concerned persona)

RUNCONTROLCENTERHISTORYJOB

Hi Sumathi,

Thanks for the needful! Above approach is working now.

I would like to send email notification whenever this KPI breaches.

I have attached the email templates to analytics, but when we run the Control Center Email Job, this email template is not triggering. Instead some other email template is triggering, but we cannot find that in the email template list.

Any idea how we can trigger the email templates which are attached to the analytics?

@Lakhitha Thanks for the confirmation.

Email template is not exposed.
When we run "RunControlCenterEmailJob", an email notification will be sent to users associated with the ROLE_ADMIN SAV role with top 3 severe KPI breaches information.

Any idea how we can trigger the email templates which are attached to the analytics?

Recipients are notified each time an analytics report is run. They also receive a copy of the data as an excel attachment in the email.

By running analytical report, email will not list the breach information right? (like how it's displaying in the control center email). It will only have the report result in the email?
