Hello,
We have a use case where the certifier needs to consult on users within the campaign itself. Typically we allow the certifier to consult with their own manager(certifier's manager). But the manager's manager may not know what access the user in question needs to have. Therefore, they can instead consult the user itself.
E.g. Assume Certifier A has users X, Y, Z to certify in the campaign. Certifier A is not sure about the action to take on one of the items in the campaign for User X. So they should be able to consult User X to request their feedback (approve/revoke). Once User X provides the response, the Certifier can then finalize either accept that action, or chose to Revoke.
But looks like IGA does not allow consulting on the same user being certified:
Is this hardcoded into the system, or can this be bypassed?
Kind regards,
Chandu K.

Asking end user to certify is not supported as per audit

Hi Rushikesh,
Thanks for the response. Do you mean an audit done on Saviynt itself or the client side?
This ask is an ask from our client's Compliance team, and wants to know if this is possible by IGA or not at all supported.
Kind regards,
Chandu K.

Its not supported. If you need self certification then use self certification campaign type
