For one of my use case, it was asked to review the that primary certifier in entitlement_values of endpoint are valid or not.
The customer would like to send campaign review to Entitlement_value's Primary certifier's manager and then that manager will provide review whether the primary certifier is authorized or not for that particular entitlement.
Is this possible? Since as far as I am aware we can run campaigns only on account in endpoint
