We have similar scenario; where, we already have fetched delegate name from ServiceNow and stored in one of the CP values in user's profile.
My Q is, can we run any analytics or custom query to import the same in delegate table or custom jar is the only option. I understand start and end date are also needed. however, we can ignore this for now. I just need to understand if any change can be done to delegates via some other method.
