Configure Explicit Proxy for connections

Is there a way to configure explicit proxy for outbound connectors ? mainly Azure AD and Workday.

I couldn't find any documentation related.

We have an Azure AD tenant which can be queried through Internet. It is working fine currently however we would like our API calls (for account import, etc) to specifically go through an outbound proxy. This proxy needs to be set explicitly client-side (Saviynt).

Our usecase is not related to SC 2.0 as we are not setting up a dedicated tunnel. We just want to route requests to a specific proxy when trying to reach some specific applications that are on Internet.
