We have a requirement to do cleanup of accounts. Could you please help with the ways how saviynt performs cleanup of accounts from Backend. Is it done via query of file upload? Also, can the risks involved with cleanup be mentioned?

What do you mean by cleanup? If you are talking about deleting the accounts then it is not feasible.

You can inactivated or mark accounts suspended but none of the data can be deleted for audit purpose

Hi,

This was an activity that was done earlier back in 2020/ 2021 by saviynt for us as per request. We have accounts as deleted in saviynt but need to clear them off or remove them from saviynt.

Cleanup activity is not supported by Saviynt currently.
