changing manager in bulk

I have a situation to update the manager for several external users. The current manager left company
and we use custom form in Saviynt to register their identity, we don't have any automatic import or update workflow for external users so we need to define a new manager manually.

Is it possible to change the manager in bulk for this case?

Hello @swa_33 ,

Why don't you update the list of such users via admin - identity repository - users, upload the users via file.

Also in case you have any rules to be triggered, make sure you have the update rules configured which can take the import config.

Hi @swa_33 , You can use update it through flat file import with appropriate headers which map with corresponding columns.

Admin->Users->Actions->Upload file.
