Change Password for Terminated User not working

Requirement is to Change password along with disabling account when user is terminated.

But when we terminate user, Change password task gets discontinued with error (User is Inactive).

FYI- Change Password is placed higher on Task Execution Hierarchy .

You need to change password first then inactive user
