Certification Notification to End User

Need to Send notification to End user , informing the user who will be certified his/her Access.

I tried  with below options but didn't work but throwing error message

Options :

1) ${certificationUsers} 

2) ${certificationUsers?.email}

Error:No such property: user for class: SimpleTemplateScript303
