Can we send email to certification users

Is there any way to send an email to certification users? I am trying to find a variable that we can utilize to include users in the certification reminder email.

We want to notify users who are part of the certification before it expires. Sometimes, managers are unable to complete the certification(access review) on time, which results in user access being revoked. To avoid this situation, we want to inform users in advance of their access being revoked so that they can follow up with their managers and have their access reviewed.

When the certifier has a huge number of reportees, it isn't feasible to send a huge number of emails to them. That's the reason we have an option to send an email to manager's manager if required as it would serve as an escalation. But we do not have any parameter we can use in email templates to send email to certifier's users.

@Arbendra This as a feature is not available.

Also as mentioned there could be a scenario mentioned by @pruthvi_t that many reportees can come under a manager and it would choke the email server.

Also adding on top of that we can add the reminders (5 emails) to certifiers and a management .

Also you can setup an analytics to fetch how many certifications has not been actioned and can send an email to achieve this.

Thanks for the reply, we are already copying the manager's manager from 3rd reminder onward also we have the analytics report which pulls the info and follows managers to complete the review but we want to avoid manual follow-up with the manager and can limit it to including only 5 users in the last reminder
