We're managing Entra ID group memberships from an IGA solution (Saviynt). With non-mail enabled groups we can do it with Graph API. With mail-enabled groups that are synced from on-prem AD we can use PowerShell to manage the memberships. But customer also has cloud-only mail-enabled groups.
The solution suggested in Forums post https://forums.saviynt.com/t5/identity-governance/can-saviynt-add-remove-accounts-to-mail-enabled-se... doesn't seem to work with groups that do not exist in on-premises AD.
So I'm wondering if there's any other way to automated adding and removing memberships with cloud-only mail-enabled groups?

Looks like we can do this by calling Exchange Online with PowerShell.
