Bulk Revocations in ServiceNow

Hi,

We are creating an access certification for disconnected applications and we see there are two ways the revocations tasks are created. We can either remove the access immediately during the campaign or we can wait until the end of the campaign to send out all the revocations are once. All our of disconnected applications are setup through ServiceNow for access provisioning and deprovisioning.

Our ask, if we wait until the end of the campaign to send the revocations tasks to SNOW, can they be sent in bulk? Such as only one RITM is opened per application in ServiceNow? This way there are not hundreds of revocation tasks created for each application?

Hi @sab2 ,

There is no way to send the tasks in bulk. Each revocation task will create a RITM.

Please post this in the ideas portal.

You can invoke custom jar and create single ticket/ ritm but ootb it will create separate.
