Hi,

We are using SNOW based ticketing system. Below is the flow and requirement:

1. User request required access and account in ARS Tab, Once request approved SNOW create a ticket to the target application team.

2. Application team act on the ticket and close it then task will be completed in Saviynt.

3. Same process happens for revoke access.

Now the requirement is to remove 3000 accesses for some accounts in bulk without generating the tickets.

How this can be achieved and access will be revoked.

Note: Application team will manually revoke 3000 accesses at their end.

Hi @nitishdas ,

Since this is one time activity, you can remove the SNOW connection from Service Desk Connection configuration from Security system temporarily until 3000 access removed.

Generate remove access tasks for those 3000 accesses using actionable analytics report.

Ask Application to manually remove this accesses and complete those 3000 pending tasks manually in Saviynt which will take care access removal in Saviynt as well.

@nitishdas : Are you looking for generating requests in Saviynt for audit purpose but not to create tickets in SNOW?

  • If you dont want Saviynt request then you can revoke directly from target application
  • create analytics report with deprovisionaccess and in createticketjson mention if source is analytics dont call createticket API
