Hi @Diptansu11 ,

You can achieve this using Analytics where you can notify requestor/task owner about task failure and even send tasks details as an attachment.

@Diptansu11 : By default Saviynt doesn't have feature to notify upon task failure like it has for creation or completion. Only way you can achieve is it through analytics.

Build an analytics query in such a way that it identifies the failed tasks for last 15 minutes(assuming you will run analytics every 15mins) and also any pending tasks whose provisioning tries is more than 0 excluding the failed tasks for those if there is any task created for same user/account/object is in pending state and associate that to an email notification.

There is no OOTB feature --> Please vote idea https://ideas.saviynt.com/ideas/EIC-I-5201

You can use below query and send email to support team/application team

select t.taskkey ,t.accountname,t.PROVISIONINGTRIES,t.source,e.displayname as application from arstasks t,endpoints e where t.endpoint=e.endpointkey and t.status=8
