Hello Team,
We have a birthright rule set up to create an account in salesforce. However the birthright rule did not get triggered as expected when a new user was created. Note., the username for the account creation in Salesforce is email. Email doesnt get imported when the user is first time created via import from HRMS, the email is later updated in the follow-up imports once generated in the HRMS. Is there a setting that needs to be added? Below screenshot of Birthright rule:

Hi @Vidhimehta setup a user update rule which will trigger the birthright rule once email is updated and populated.

@NM I created it but it did not trigger the technical rule on a user who was onboarded today and meet the requirements. Will it trigger for new user only? I created both the options for user update rule:
As user update rule with email update:
As new user created via import:

Hi @Vidhimehta yes .. you have to set non create task as request option and updated from import rule should work.

@NM Thank you. The user update rule via import and technical rule with the update in entitlements request (None(Create Task)) has worked in Dev. Will keep an eye in Prod.
@rushikeshvartakthe change in the technical rule was not needed. With the above combination it has worked in Dev.
