User Update Rule Not Processing

Hello Team,

We are concerned that user update rules are not running as expected and this happens mainly for user attribute fields for that rule. Trying to understand the logic behind it. When we reprocess then the rule is triggered and tasks are generated/completed.

Any idea or things to look at from Saviynt side?
