Hi Team,
We are working on one of the use cases which is to show only logged-in users assigned applications/access when someone requests access for others.
But as per the current situation, we could not be able to control the request form as per logged-in user applications. Can you please help us to restrict not populating all the endpoints logged in user should be able to request others only the application which they have.

Currently while we can control which applications user can add access to but he can see all applications in saviynt. We want user to see only applications to which requestor can add access and not all of them.

We have tried to do it using SAV roles where we can able to achieve to request access for others as per the logged-in user access but could not able to stop showing all the endpoints.

Thank you

Hi @snehaadumalli1 , you can not achieve this in my opinion without impacting Manage my access ? request for self.

You can try to reject the request in workflow if the requestor raise a request for an app that he / she doesn't have

Thanks,

Amit

@snehaadumalli1  may be we can't show , if we hide application new users , exiting users he can raise new application for access

have any specific reason visible particular application, we have endpoint level access query you can write query to achive , there which ever active access 'abc' these peple they can see application like

WHERE USERS.USERKEY in ( select USERKEY from user_accounts where ACCOUNTKEY in ( select ACCOUNTKEY from accounts where ENDPOINTKEY = 'ABX and STATUS = 1)) USERS.STATUSKEY=1

2.Try with SAV Role level ACCESS Endpoint option

This is not supported.

Workaround- Create dynamic attribute to block the request if user does not have access to application when requesting for others.
