Dear Team,

We're aiming to remove the SAV Role from users when their custom property35 is set to "NOTMANAGER". Our approach is to utilize the user update rule, ensuring the retrofit checkbox is checked. Yet, when we carry out the detective user update rule job, no task is generated, despite having the retrofit checkbox enabled in the Global configuration. Could you please provide assistance on this issue?
