Hi Team,
One of the application is trying to call the saviynt API using the saviynt service account and the password but they are getting an error called "Could not open connection to the Host on port#". Same is working for a different application. Could you please let me know if there is some network configuration that is required for this issue to be resolved.

Hi @nitishdas Are they able to generate the access token with a username and password? if not, might be, that the "localauth" needs to enable.
