Any way to print Saviynt's termination through certification message in a custom property?

Hi,

Currently, when a user is terminated through certification, Saviynt prints this in the comments and turns them to inactive: 

Users are being terminated through Certification -#####49884#####[Bi-Annual Employee Privileged Access Certification Y24H2 T5 - 00337800 (xxxx xxxxx)] on -Thu Oct 24 10:07:51 UTC 2024#####Reason: User Terminated and Certification Locked (UM Campaign)

Is there any way to customize this message/ turn it off entirely or have it print in a custom property instead of in comments? Does anyone know?
