Analytics email notification

Hi all, we have a requirement that whenever a new user onboarded, we need to send them an email with the training links this is possible by adding the email template in the AD endpoint.
we also have to send the reminder notification email to the user on the day 5 and day 7, how to achieve this.

Using analytics, it is possible to send an email to the new joiners and send them 2 reminders?

if it is possible how to create the recipient as it is dynamic daily users list will be different.

if not is there any other way to send the notification through Saviynt for the new joiners.

Hi @rushikeshvartak  we are able to achieve the requirement one thing we need to do is we don't need of the Analytics report attached to the email sending through this report so is possible to send an email from analytics without any attachments.

Using this option, it will send the email along with the attachment, but we don't need the attachment file we only need to send the details which is already present in the email template.

It does not attach file. we are using same.

hi @rushikeshvartak , please check the below screenshot the analytics summary is attached along with the email we don't need that attachment summary report.
Is it possible to send an email from analytics without this summary report if yes what is the configuration we need to give?

• Report should be runtime.
• Report Send to Email template should be tick only

I got to know this from the Saviynt Documentation that from version 23.x attachements are mandatory and we are using 24.x.

Is there any other way to achieve this scenario also I'm not able to select the email as attachment option in "Runtime Analytics"

Hello,

You cannot restrict the attachment to be delivered.

For runtime you can add an email attachment.

Please fill in all details while creating runtime analytics and the option will get enabled.

We are using the same.
